At the time Egg Nog and I mined this record everyone was doing the sped up Soul samples. We wanted to take a stab at one of them ourselves. I chose some meaty content here to really underscore the vocal sample throughout the song. One of my lyrical mentors and heroes, Taha, joined me to help bring the message home.
