I played a small part in the production of this track. It originated from a sample challenge that I provided the sample for at an annual beat battle. I loved the track so much when I heard it...I broke my professionalism for a moment and asked for it during the competition! Eventually the producer, young Head Fella, gave me the beat and his blessing to rock over it. It became a canvas for me to vent my feelings about the music game (at that time) on... The chorus from this song was actually derived from a freestyle I did over another Pen Pusha track (That's Reach).
